Welcome to our first FOODIE FRIDAY burst of inspiration for a fabulous weekend of food, with love from !   We’ve decided to make the first Friday of every month a FOODIE FRIDAY so that we can share with you our favourite food providers featured on the  website.

In this issue we have butchers, bakers and cup-cake makers – alongside our favourite restaurants and food producers from our area and around the country.  Over time we’ll be publishing local issues for different areas, but first we just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to all our members for joining  and helping us to get started.

Both  and FOODIE FRIDAY have been created for anyone who loves food, or wants to find out more about the kind of food available from different food providers.  It is also for people wanting to support their local community, by helping all our lovely local pubs, quality butchers and small independent food producers to keep trading.  We do this by helping those businesses to share information about what’s on offer and where local people can find the kind of food to suit their personal preferences, lifestyles and budget.

At  we’re busy developing our website to ultimately feature every food business in the country, with a clear, consistent format to provide exactly what you need to know when deciding where to shop, what to cook and where to eat out or order-in from.   Members get special offers and discounts from some of the businesses featured on the website, but remember, we’re just getting started and we need our early members to help us, so please click here to tell us about your favourite food providers so that we can invite them to join our website and start sharing their latest news and special offers with our members.

Please also pass this email on to your friends and family, and encourage them to register with us now, so that we can demonstrate to businesses in your area that we have a healthy following of local people looking for special offers and discounts.
