Full Description

Summary:       French/Mediterranean fine dining, with influences coming from the South of France, Italy and Northern Africa.  Chef Eric Guignard, born in France, was trained in Paris and has worked at many Michelin starred restaurants including Jules Verne, Jacques Cagnat, the Orient Express and the Capital Hotel in London.Booking is essential, especially at weekends.Flavours are delicate but never over-powering, yet the pork belly is certainly full-flavoured and robust.
